Our client, an employee owned organization is looking to hire a Front Office Administrator/ Receptionist.
Position Summary:
A professional, organized, and welcoming individual is needed for a Front Office Administrator / Receptionist position. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing front desk responsibilities, offering general administrative support, and assisting the Safety Department with clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate contacts
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain inventory and restocking of office and breakroom supplies
Keep reception and common areas clean, organized, and presentable
Provide administrative support to the Safety Department
Assist with internal communication efforts and coordination of events
Support special projects and perform additional duties as needed
Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and demeanor
