Location: Conway, SC | 100% on site
Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (37.5 hours/week)

As the first point of contact for incoming patients and families, you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals take their first steps toward improved mental wellness.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Welcoming patients and completing intake & registration
* Scheduling appointments and entering insurance information
* Supporting office operations and assisting at the front desk when needed
* Collaborating with medical assistants, nurses, and administrative staff
* Ensuring accurate, timely patient records and a smooth experience for all
Who We’re Looking For
Patient, empathetic, and calm under pressure
Strong communication & customer service skills
Reliable, organized, and computer-savvy
Comfortable in a busy environment
Healthcare/behavioral health experience is a plus—but not required
Requirements
