Front Desk Receptionist's Needed - Luxury Hotel Chain

Well known luxury Hotel Brand with various locations throughout Los Angeles is looking to hire (10) Front Desk Receptionists and Guest Services Representative's to work in 90015, 90036, 90210 and 90230

**Looking for individuals from high end/luxury business establishments: Apartment/Condo buildings, 4/5-star Hotels, Boutique Hotels, Spas, Luxury Retail Stores, High End Restaurants, Luxury Car Dealerships, Country Clubs or similar industries.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
•Demonstrates professionalism through actions and appearance
•Maintain clean lobby and front desk throughout the day
•Answers phones, determining nature of the call, and direct callers to appropriate person or department or take thorough message
•Welcomes and registers hotel guests, explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment •Checks guest out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the bill
•Maintain a positive and ethical working relationship with all employees, vendors, and customers
•Address any customer complaints and direct to appropriate person or department
•Respond to emails from staff and customers
•Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information at all times
•Collect all packages and mail from providers
•File, scan, photocopy and fax paperwork
•Maintain guest history files on all guests
•Follow up to ensure completion and guest satisfaction Monitor, send and distribute guest faxes
•Generate, print and distribute daily and weekly reports
•Document all guest requests, complaints or problems immediately and notify designated department/personnel for resolving the situation
•Maintain complete knowledge at all times of all hotel features/services, hours of operation, room types, special packages and promotions

•Previous guest relations, front desk, host, guest services or customer service experience from a high end/luxury business establishment
•Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, evenings and holidays
•Must be able to work a 6 to 8 hour shift between the hours of 7am to 9pm
•High school diploma or GED is required

•Ability to think clearly, quickly and make concise decisions
•Ability to prioritize, organize and follow up
•Ability to work well under pressure
•Ability to work cohesively with co-workers both within and outside of your department
•Ability to accurately and efficiently input information into computer systems
