Growing and dynamic Car Dealership is looking for hire (3) Bilingual Spanish Front Desk Receptionist's.
Requirements:
•Bilingual Spanish
•8 hr. shifts
•Must be flexible to work any day Monday to Sunday - 2 days off each week
•Hours of operations 7am - 8pm
Key Responsibilities:
•First point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk responsibilities, and supporting the administrative operations of the dealership or service center
•Greet customers and visitors warmly and professionally
•Answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system
•Schedule appointments for vehicle services or sales consultations
•Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and reception area
•Handle customer inquiries, resolve basic complaints, or direct them to the appropriate department
•Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and mail handling
•Coordinate with sales, service, and finance departments to ensure smooth customer experience
•Keep track of visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed
•Support dealership marketing events or promotions when needed
•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory, services, and promotions
Qualifications;
•Detail oriented and excels in a fast-paced, results driven environment
•Previous automotive experience preferred/not required
•Ability to successfully multi-task
•Present a self-motivated and enthusiastic presence
•Professional appearance and work ethic
