A business & financial services company is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join their team! The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of prior experience working as a receptionist in an office setting.
Pay: $20-22 an hour
Location: Santa Barbara, CA
Schedule: Full-time
Job Duties:
-Greeting clients, visitors, and staff with a welcoming demeanor and managing check-ins with efficiency.
-Managing a high volume of calls and redirecting promptly while maintaining professionalism.
-Coordinating conference room bookings and ensuring meeting spaces are prepared and well-equipped for use.
-Handling mail and deliveries, including sorting, distributing, and scheduling courier pickups as needed.
-Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing invoices, database management, and preparing documents and reports for meetings using MS Word.
Qualifications:
-1-2 years of prior experience as a receptionist
