In this role, you will support front desk, mailroom, supply, and document production functions in a professional office environment. Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers, respond to phone calls and emails, and provide courteous service during all client interactions.
- Sort, prepare, scan, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and documents accurately and efficiently.
- Process outgoing mail and shipments, including applying required postage and preparing items for delivery.
- Operate high-volume copy, binding, scanning, and document imaging equipment while performing quality checks.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock paper and office supplies, and help maintain organized customer spaces.
- Coordinate basic equipment service needs and clear simple machine jams when needed.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Location: Arden Hills, MN 55126.
- Support front desk reception, customer service, and administrative coordination.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, scanning, and document distribution.
- Operate copy, binding, and document imaging equipment in a high-volume environment.
- Maintain supply areas, restock materials, and support smooth daily office operations.
- 1 to 2 years of administrative, clerical, front desk, mailroom, records, or office support experience preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and helpful communication style.
- Ability to answer phones, respond to emails, and interact with clients in a courteous manner.
- Basic comfort using office equipment such as copiers, scanners, postage machines, and binding equipment.
- Strong attention to detail when sorting, scanning, distributing, and processing documents.
- Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced office setting.
- Dependable attendance and ability to work the scheduled Monday through Friday shift.
