We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to be a part of our team. This is more than just a receptionist role — it’s a key position that blends customer service, data entry, package handling, and strong interpersonal communication. You’ll manage the flow of the office while ensuring records are accurate, deliveries are handled promptly, and visitors are welcomed with professionalism and care.
What You’ll Be Doing:
-Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
-Receive, log, and distribute incoming packages and mail
-Perform accurate and high-volume data entry for internal records, shipments, and inventory
-Assist with scheduling, document processing, and light administrative support
-Communicate with vendors, couriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
-Keep the front office area organized, tidy, and functioning efficiently
What You Bring:
-Previous front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy — especially with data entry
-Excellent communication skills — in person, over the phone, and via email
-Ability to handle packages and coordinate deliveries with care
-Proficient with basic office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
-Friendly, professional, and able to multitask in a busy environment
