Job Summary
We are seeking a polished and customer-focused Front Desk Admin for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Duluth, GA. The Front Desk Admin will play an important role in creating a welcoming, professional office environment while helping multiple departments stay organized and productive. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, vendors, delivery personnel, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Manage office reception duties, mail, packages, outgoing shipments, office supplies, conference rooms, and meeting preparation.
- Perform administrative support tasks including filing, scanning, copying, data entry, document management, reporting, and correspondence.
- Support project managers, operations, and sales teams with project files, contract administration, customer documentation, calendars, and travel coordination.
- Assist with invoice processing, expense reporting, light bookkeeping, office events, catering, special projects, and confidential information handling.
Compensation and Benefits

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Serve as the primary front desk contact for visitors, callers, vendors, and internal team members.
- Manage reception operations, office supplies, mail, shipments, meeting rooms, and general administrative workflow.
- Support operations, project management, and sales teams with documents, files, reports, contracts, and customer records.
- Assist with invoice processing, expense reporting, light bookkeeping, calendars, travel, and special administrative projects.
- Minimum of 2 years of receptionist, front desk, or administrative support experience.
- Experience managing a multi-line phone system.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong customer service, verbal communication, and professional phone skills.
- Excellent organization, time management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
- Professional, friendly, polished demeanor with a strong sense of confidentiality.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with multiple departments.
- Positive attitude, strong follow-through, and willingness to support the team wherever needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of front desk, receptionist, administrative assistant, or office support experience.
- Experience supporting operations, project teams, sales teams, or office management.
- Basic accounting, invoice processing, expense reporting, or bookkeeping experience.
- Experience in construction, engineering, service, security, surveillance, or other project-based environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills, critical-thinking ability, and initiative.
