A Freight Payables Specialist will use Blue Yonder, SAP, Kofax and Cockpit ensure all transportation vendors are paid correctly and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities include:
•Monitor the freight payables inbox with Freight Payable Specialist to make ensure timely and accurate communication
•Review and research discrepancies (non-payment or variances), while escalating to Freight Payable Lead as necessary
•Review and process manual invoices (rail, warehousing, parking, JB Hunt, shuttle)
•Review, research, and process matched variances
