Join Our Team as a Freight Broker – Liquid Bulk Specialist
Are you an experienced Freight Broker with a passion for connecting carriers and clients in the liquid bulk industry? We’re seeking a proactive, driven professional to join our team and manage the transportation of liquid commodities safely, efficiently, and profitably.
What You’ll Do:
Build and maintain strong relationships with liquid bulk carriers and shippers.
Negotiate rates, terms, and conditions to secure profitable freight movements.
Source and book freight for a variety of liquid bulk products, including chemicals, food-grade liquids, and petroleum.
Manage shipments from initial quote to final delivery, ensuring compliance with safety and industry regulations.
Communicate proactively with clients and carriers, providing updates and resolving issues promptly.
Stay ahead of market trends and adjust strategies to remain competitive.
Maintain accurate records and utilize our Transportation Management System (TMS) effectively.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Freight Broker, specifically in liquid bulk transportation.
In-depth knowledge of carrier networks and industry regulations (DOT, HazMat, etc.).
Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Proficiency with TMS and related software.
A strong commitment to safety, compliance, and excellence.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 + 10% commission of GM
Top performers with experience may earn up to $77,000
