Join the Central Operations team as a Fraud Risk Specialist. Reporting to the VP-Central Operations Manager, you'll be pivotal in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating fraud risk across electronic banking channels. Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulations.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor, analyze, and mitigate fraud risk across electronic transfer channels including check processing, online banking, ACH processing, and wire transfers.
• Escalate potential fraud findings promptly.
• Utilize fraud prevention tools like Sentinel, Patrol, and Oasis.
• Coordinate with clients and branches to enforce online banking security.
• Document and update fraud mitigation procedures.
• Process Reg E claims and prepare loss reports.
• Provide exceptional client service and administrative support.
• Cross-train and serve as backup for technical operations.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years' experience in risk and central operations in a financial institution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
