Schedule- Hybrid M,F remote, T,W,TH in office
Compensation- $24-$25/hr.
• Provide daily operational and customer support to up to 150 franchise locations, responding to inquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional manner
• Serve as the primary liaison between franchisees, internal teams, executives, and external vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts and communications to fulfill franchisee needs, resolve issues, and implement effective solutions
• Support new store openings by managing pre-opening timelines, tasks, and marketing readiness
• Manage ordering and distribution processes by partnering with warehouses and vendors to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment
• Handle guest care and customer experience concerns related to store operations, ensuring positive and consistent outcomes
• Communicate company updates, initiatives, and expectations across the franchise network
• Utilize financial knowledge (P&L, ROI, EBITDA) to guide franchisees in making informed business decisions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees and vendors, supporting account setup, order management, and issue resolution
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements, including developing tools, resources, and standardized communication templates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute large-scale projects and company initiatives
