The 3 components of Construction Land Development are Acquisition, Forward Planning/Entitlement and Development/Infrastructure
The person for this position will need to have 10 plus years of experience in Forward Planning or Entitlement
This person will start with working on 4 separate projects with the goal of working up to 8 projects simultaneously.
Job duties will focus on all entitlement issues; zoning, plan approvements, working with government agencies and permitting.
Must have the ability to work with Engineers, Land Acquisition Departments, Architects, Soil & Environmental Engineers, Landscape Architects and other consultants.
Assist with due diligence with land acquisition.
Coordinate & Manage Entitlement Contract Work.
Liaison with Trade Partners.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Construction Management (Preferred).
Advanced Skills with Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
