Job Title: Forklift Operator
Location: Casa Grande, AZ
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Shift: 2:00 AM – 10:30 PM
Employment Type: Non-Exempt (Overtime paid at Time and a Half for hours worked over 40 per week)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Forklift Operator to join our team in Casa Grande, AZ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of industrial trucks to support warehouse and material handling operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate gasoline, diesel, electric, or propane-powered industrial trucks
Use lifting devices such as forklifts, elevating platforms, or buckets to load, unload, and move materials
Transport materials safely throughout the facility
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Inspect equipment before use and report maintenance issues
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
1–3 years of previous forklift operating experience
Ability to work assigned shift (2:00 AM – 10:30 PM)
Strong attention to safety and detail
Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required
