Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role involves operating stand-up and sit-down forklifts, order picking, palletizing, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Candidates must be safety-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Key Responsibilities
• Safely operate stand-up (Reach, Dock Stocker, Order Picker) and sit-down forklifts
• Pick equipment and supplies using RF scanners
• Shrink-wrap pallets and stack products to maximize loads
• Load and unload LTL, TL trailers, and vans
• Perform shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment activities
• Inspect inbound and outbound freight for accuracy and damage
• Complete daily forklift safety inspections and report equipment issues
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy
• Maintain 5S standards and housekeeping in assigned work areas
• Follow all safety policies, SOPs, and warehouse procedures
• Complete required training (80 hours) before independent operation
• Assist other departments as needed through cross-training
• Support C-TPAT compliance inspections and warehouse security
• Meet productivity, quality, and safety standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience
• Minimum 1 year of stand-up forklift experience (Reach/Dock Stocker)
• Prior forklift certification (Reach, Dock Stocker, or Sit-Down)
• RF scanner experience required
• Ability to follow instructions and work under department leads
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Basic math, reading comprehension, and legible writing skills
• Team-oriented with strong work ethic and attendance

Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs (team lift for items over 50 lbs)
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with normal noise and temperature levels

• Warehouse setting with adequate lighting and ventilation
• Use of Raymond stand-up forklifts and Toyota sit-down forklifts
• Fast-paced, safety-focused operation
