Job Title : Forklift Operator
Location: Tifton, GA 31794
Pay Rate: 19.00 /hr.
Shift: 8AM to 5 PM Mon -Fri
Job Summary
We are seeking a Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse operations, including loading and unloading trucks, moving materials, and maintaining accurate inventory. This role requires a strong focus on safety, organization, and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
Load and unload trucks using a forklift
Move raw materials, active ingredients, and finished products to designated areas
Promote and maintain a Safety-First work culture
Follow all site safety rules, SOPs, and material segregation policies
Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas (housekeeping)
Take ownership of assigned warehouse areas and suggest process improvements
Track and report inventory movements accurately
Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies
Support shipping and receiving operations as needed
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
1–5 years of warehouse and forklift experience
Forklift certification preferred (certification provided after hire if needed)
Experience in shipping and receiving operations
Good math and communication skills
Ability to follow procedures and work independently or as part of a team
Physical Requirements
Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment
Good physical condition with the ability to stand, walk, lift, and move materials throughout the shift
