This Forklift Operator II - 2nd Shift Position Features:
• Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Sturgis, MI 49091
• Pay $22.50/hr

A leading client Pharmaceutical Manufacturing facility in Sturgis, MI is seeking an experienced Forklift Driver II to support warehouse and production operations. This role is responsible for safely operating industrial trucks to move, load, and unload materials within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate gasoline, diesel, electric, or propane-powered forklifts and industrial trucks
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials as required
• Transport raw materials, finished goods, and supplies throughout the facility
• Follow all safety, GMP, and operational procedures
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report issues promptly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Schedule:
• Monday through Friday
• 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Overtime may be available based on business needs

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1–3 years of forklift or industrial truck experience
• Ability to operate various types of powered industrial equipment
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and stand for extended periods
• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or pharmaceutical environments is a plus
