We are seeking a Forklift Operator/Warehouse Associate for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Jackson, MI. This role supports shipping, inventory, material handling, and warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move products, materials, and supplies safely throughout the facility.
- Support shipping and receiving activities, including staging, loading, unloading, and verifying materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory movement and assist with cycle counts or material tracking as needed.
- Move, organize, and store materials according to production and warehouse requirements.
- Follow safety procedures, housekeeping standards, and manufacturing facility guidelines.
- Work closely with warehouse, production, and shipping teams to support daily operational goals.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $19 per hour.
- Schedule: 2-2-3 rotating schedule, 6 AM to 6 PM.
- Job Type: Contract, temp-to-hire.
- Location: Jackson, MI.
- Support shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling operations.
- Operate a forklift or obtain forklift certification as required.
- Move and organize materials in a manufacturing warehouse environment.
- Assist production and warehouse teams with daily operational needs.
- 1 to 2 years of warehouse, shipping, material handling, or related experience preferred.
- Forklift experience required or ability to obtain forklift certification.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Comfortable working 12-hour rotating shifts in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and productivity.
- Dependable attendance and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP experience preferred.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production warehouse environment preferred.
- Prior shipping, receiving, or inventory control experience preferred.
