Job Summary
We are seeking a Forklift Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Idaho Falls, ID. This role is ideal for a dependable warehouse professional who enjoys hands-on work, equipment operation, inventory accuracy, and being part of a productive team environment.
As a Forklift Operator, you will support daily warehouse operations by moving product, receiving materials, picking SAP orders, preparing shipments, and keeping warehouse areas organized and efficient. Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely to move, receive, put away, relocate, and stage products throughout the warehouse.
- Pick, audit, and process orders using SAP and basic computer systems.
- Perform inventory counts and help maintain accurate product locations and labeling.
- Prepare shipments by organizing materials, verifying order accuracy, and supporting outbound processes.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse areas while following all safety and operational procedures.
- Support daily production and warehouse goals through reliable attendance, teamwork, and attention to detail.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $20 per hour.
- Schedule: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Type: Temp-to-hire.
- Work schedule requirement: Ability to work 6 days per week for the first 2 months.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Operate forklifts to move, receive, store, and stage warehouse products.
- Pick and audit SAP orders while supporting accurate inventory control.
- Relocate, relabel, and organize products to maintain efficient warehouse flow.
- Prepare shipments and support daily warehouse operations.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Forklift operating experience required, with 6 months potentially considered based on background.
- Ability to lift up to 56 lbs. as needed.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Basic SAP experience or ability to work with SAP order and inventory processes required.
- Ability to work 6 days per week during the first 2 months.
- Must be able to complete required medical screening.
- Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, reliability, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 or more years of forklift experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, production, or operations environment.
- Experience with inventory counts, order picking, product labeling, and shipment preparation.
- Prior SAP experience in a warehouse or distribution setting.
