Job Summary

We are seeking a Forklift Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Appleton, WI. This role is ideal for a dependable warehouse or production professional with forklift experience who enjoys steady weekday hours, hands-on work, and supporting efficient material movement in a manufacturing or operations environment.

The Forklift Operator will help keep products, materials, and workflow moving safely and accurately throughout the facility. This position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, a safety-focused work environment, and the opportunity to prove your skills for long-term placement.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate forklifts to move materials, products, and supplies throughout the warehouse or production area.
- Load and unload products safely and accurately.
- Support warehouse and production teams by staging, organizing, and transporting materials as needed.
- Follow established safety procedures and equipment operation guidelines.
- Perform basic inventory, counting, and documentation tasks as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $20 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
- Job Type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Appleton, WI.
