Job Title: Forklift Operator

Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator with stand-up reach and sit-down forklift experience. This role involves picking and packing, operating forklifts as needed, and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The position requires extended periods of standing and walking with light to moderate lifting.

Schedule & Pay:
• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Pay rate: $20/hr

Responsibilities:
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Operate stand-up reach, dock stocker, and sit-down forklifts as needed
• Use RF scanners for inventory tracking and order fulfillment
• Follow safety procedures to prevent injuries and property damage
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity goals

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous forklift certification (Reach, Dock Stocker, or Sit-Down)
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience, including at least 1 year operating stand-up reach forklifts
• RF scanner experience required
• Strong math and reading comprehension skills; able to write legibly
• Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and multitask
• Team-oriented with strong attention to detail
