Job Title: Forklift Operator

Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager

Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and versatile individual to join our team as a Forklift Operator. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating both stand-up (Raymond) and sit-down (Toyota) forklifts, including order pickers. Key responsibilities include picking equipment and supplies, efficiently stacking products, shrink-wrapping pallets, and keeping the work area clean and well-organized.

Schedule & Pay:
• Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
• Pay rate: $21/hr

Responsibilities:
• Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts to pick, stack, and move inventory
• Use RF scanners to locate and track products
• Shrink-wrap and up-stack pallets to optimize loads
• Perform end-of-day cleaning and organizing of assigned work areas

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of warehouse experience, including 1 year operating stand-up forklifts
• Proficient in using RF scanners
• Ability to read, write legibly, and perform basic math
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs (team lift required for heavier items), and performing tasks involving standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking skills, and a safety-first mindset
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
