Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Forklift Operator. The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely picking and staging equipment and supplies using various forklifts, including Raymond stand-up, Toyota sit-down, and order pickers. Responsibilities include manually shrink-wrapping pallets, stacking products efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Schedule & Pay:
• Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
• Pay rate: $21/hr
Responsibilities:
• Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts (Reach, Dock Stocker, Order Picker).
• Use RF scanner to pick and track inventory.
• Manually shrink-wrap and stack pallets for efficient loading.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work area.
• Follow instructions from department leads.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid forklift certification for Reach, Dock Stocker, or Sit-Down forklifts.
• Minimum 2–3 years of warehouse experience, including 1+ year operating stand-up forklifts.
• Proficient in using RF scanners.
• Strong math, reading comprehension, and communication skills.
• Ability to follow directions, multitask, and work effectively as part of a team.
