Certified Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate

Seeking a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate with current forklift certification to support daily warehouse operations. This role involves receiving and shipping materials, inventory handling, order fulfillment, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with a small warehouse team to ensure efficient daily operations.
Receive, unload, and load approximately 1-2 inbound/outbound trucks per day.
Safely handle and move sheet materials weighing 30-200 lbs., utilizing team lifting techniques for heavier products.
Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Process pick tickets by locating, pulling, and staging materials for shipment.
Track and record crate numbers and inventory information accurately on shipping and receiving documentation.
Communicate shipment details to office staff for timely system updates and order processing.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, including sweeping, debris removal, and general housekeeping duties.
Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse best practices.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of forklift operating experience with a current forklift certification.
Proven employment stability and strong work ethic.
Basic computer proficiency with the ability to enter and track warehouse information.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling inventory and documentation.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to workplace safety.
Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to assist in all warehouse functions.!
Forklift Certified.
