Estamos contratando "Superintendente" para proyectos de construcción en BAYAMON PR,
ACTIVIDADES:
• Coordinar las áreas de trabajo según el schedule del proyecto.
• Supervisar los empleados realizando tareas de carpintería, hormigón, instalación de acero de refuerzo, gypsum board, masilla, pintura, acoustical ceiling, fascias, etc.
• Coordinar con los ingenieros los materiales y equipos necesarios.
HORARIO:
· Lunes a Viernes 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.
SALARIO Y BENEFICIOS:
· Salario Anual: $38k - $50k
· Beneficios: días de enfermedad, días de vacaciones, plan médico, bonos por reclutamiento, bono de navidad.
REQUISITOS:
• Diploma de Escuela Superior.
• Identificación oficial vigente con fotografía
• Certificado de buena conducta
• Experiencia mínima de 5 años en Supervisión de Construcción
• Experiencia con hormigón y concreto
