Support site operations by coordinating daily activities, supervising crews, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. This role serves as a key point of contact between field workers and project leadership, assisting with planning, execution, and problem-solving on active construction sites. The ideal candidate has hands-on field experience, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.



Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily tasks according to project priorities and construction plans.
Assist in producing work schedules and monitoring crew attendance.
Assign general and daily responsibilities to crew members.
Supervise and assist in training workers and tradespeople.
Ensure adequate manpower, materials, and resources are available for assigned tasks.
Enforce all safety precautions and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
Monitor work quality to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
Supervise the proper use of tools, machinery, and construction equipment.
Assist with tracking project costs and monitoring expenditure to stay within budget.
Identify and resolve job-site issues as they arise, escalating when necessary.
Report progress, challenges, and updates to project managers, engineers, and supervisors.
Promote a clean, organized, and efficient job-site environment.


Required Skills and Qualifications

Field experience in construction; prior foreman or lead experience preferred but not required.
Working knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety standards.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and blueprints.
Strong organizational, leadership, and time-management skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Basic math skills related to measurements, quantities, and material tracking.
Problem-solving ability and sound judgment in fast-paced environments.
Good physical condition and stamina to work on active construction sites.
Experience or familiarity with PlanGrid or similar construction management software.
Exposure to model-based projects, including 3D modeling and BIM concepts.
Understanding of quality control processes.
Comfortable using technology and digital tools related to construction operations.
