Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents related to foreclosure actions, including summonses, complaints, and motions.
Conduct legal research to support attorneys in case strategy and preparation.
Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is current and accurate.
Communicate with clients, courts, and other parties involved in foreclosure cases to gather necessary information and updates.
Assist in the management of timelines and deadlines for various legal processes.
Perform routine administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, mailings and maintaining attorney calendars.
Required:
1+ years of experience in a legal environment, preferably in foreclosure or litigation.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Preferred:
Paralegal certification or coursework in paralegal studies.
Familiarity with state and federal foreclosure laws and procedures.
Experience with case management software, Perfect Practice.
Experience with electronic filing systems and legal technology tools.

Salary: $48,000 - $55,000
