Location: Orlando, FL 32822
Salary: $21.63/hr
Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours/week (potential to transition to full-time, 40 hours/week)
Assignment: Long-term temporary

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Assistant to support our residential transactional and foreclosure law practice. This role involves assisting with case filings, setting hearings, and managing documents in the Florida e-portal. The ideal candidate has experience in foreclosure or litigation, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with residential real estate and foreclosure cases
File cases and documents with courts and the Florida state e-portal
Schedule and manage hearings
Support attorneys with litigation and transactional tasks as needed

Qualifications:
Experience in foreclosure, litigation, or residential real estate law preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable working independently in a detail-oriented environment
Interest in part-time or full-time work
