Our client is actively seeking an experienced Foreclosure & Collections Paralegal who can step in and contribute immediately. This is not an entry-level role and not a legal assistant position — they need a true paralegal with hands-on experience handling both contested and uncontested foreclosure matters from Notice of Intent through Sheriff’s Sale.
If you thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven litigation environment and require little to no training, this could be an excellent opportunity.

Foreclosure & Association Matters
Draft and prepare all foreclosure pleadings from NOI through final judgment and sale
Prepare complaints, motions for summary judgment, affidavits, stipulations, notices of hearing, final judgments, and notices of sale
Review ledgers, backup documentation, and pre-collection notices
Ensure compliance with FDCPA and applicable state laws
Prepare payoff letters, estoppels, and balance due letters
Coordinate hearing materials and attorney folders
Bank & Bankruptcy Actions
Draft Answers and Affirmative Defenses
Prepare motions for case management conferences, trial notices, and sale reschedules
Prepare Notice of Appearance and Proof of Claim exhibits
Draft Notices of Change in Post-Petition Amounts
What They’re Looking For
?? 2+ years of foreclosure/collections experience (more strongly preferred)
?? Extensive drafting experience — motions, pleadings, judgments
?? Experience handling contested & uncontested foreclosures
?? Ability to manage high-volume caseloads and strict deadlines
?? Strong litigation background
?? Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
?? Proficient in Microsoft Office
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
