Immediate need for forecast analyst.

This role focuses on planning and managing workforce needs in a contact center. You’ll forecast call volume, build staffing schedules, track performance, and recommend improvements to keep operations running smoothly. You’ll work closely with Operations, Systems, and vendors to understand what’s happening day-to-day, explain why, and suggest clear actions.

Key Responsibilities:
Create system and process designs based on business needs
Set up, manage, and maintain computer and network systems
Forecast workload and create staffing plans
Build and manage employee schedules
Monitor performance and identify issues
Analyze data and recommend operational improvements
Partner with internal teams and vendors to meet service goals

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
3–5+ years of relevant experience (5+ preferred for workforce planning)
Hands-on workforce management (WFM) experience in a contact center
Strong understanding of call center metrics (volume, AHT, service level, etc.)
Advanced Excel skills
Ability to turn data into clear recommendations
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Detail-oriented and able to manage changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with WFM tools (e.g., Genesys, NICE, Verint, Calabrio)
Experience with multi-site or vendor operations
Knowledge of real-time/intraday management
Familiarity with capacity planning and peak event support
Skills in SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
Experience building processes, reports, or automation
Coaching or mentoring experience
