Type: Temp-to-Hire
Training Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (First 30 Days)
Post-Training Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Equipment Required (For Training): 1 Monitor + 1 Computer

Are you a bilingual professional who’s passionate about helping others and making a difference in your community? We’re seeking a Medical Customer Service Representative to support one of Albuquerque’s most respected healthcare organizations, with the potential to transition from temp to a long-term role.

You’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice patients rely on—whether answering questions, resolving concerns, or guiding them through billing processes. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a team environment and enjoys delivering outstanding service in a meaningful healthcare setting.

What You’ll Do:
Provide accurate information and support to patients, visitors, and healthcare staff

Handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone, email, or in person

Build strong relationships with internal departments to resolve questions related to services, billing, or documentation

Investigate and reconcile credit balances, process refunds, and follow up on unpaid claims

Assist patients with claims, insurance details, and payment arrangements

What We’re Looking For:
Bilingual in Spanish and English (Required)

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong customer service or administrative experience, ideally in a healthcare setting

Comfortable with computers and navigating multiple systems

A professional, team-focused attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality

Must pass a background check and criminal history screening

Important Notes:
This is a fully onsite position—your work will be based in either a hospital or administrative office near the University.

Federal holidays such as Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Christmas will be observed. Some holidays (e.g., MLK Day, President’s Day) will remain operational business days.

No holiday pay is provided; attendance is expected on designated working holidays.
