We are seeking a dependable and organized Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our drivers while also managing and maintaining important fleet information. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, comfortable with administrative tasks, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist drivers with day-to-day needs and provide ongoing support
-Upload, scan, and organize fleet-related documents
-Maintain accurate records and enter notes into our fleet management system
-Monitor compliance requirements and ensure fleet information is up to date
-Help coordinate scheduling, maintenance tracking, and driver communications
-Identify and resolve issues by collaborating with drivers and internal staff
-Work independently to manage assigned responsibilities efficiently
