Key Responsibilities

- Check in newly delivered vehicles and ensure related documentation is accurate and complete.
- Coordinate vehicle auctions, loaner vehicle assignments, and driver vehicle needs.
- Transport vehicles to repair shops, upfitters, and other approved service locations as needed.
- Schedule equipment pickups, deliveries, repairs, and service-related appointments.
- Maintain organized records related to fleet activity, vehicle status, and daily operational updates.
- Communicate with drivers, vendors, repair facilities, and internal teams to support timely fleet operations.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $22 to $24 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
- Location: Commerce, CA 90022.
- Position type: Temporary with possible permanent hire.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Support daily fleet operations, including vehicle check-ins, scheduling, and status tracking.
- Coordinate vehicle movement for repairs, upfitting, auctions, and equipment-related needs.
- Manage loaner vehicle activity and assist drivers with fleet-related requests.
- Maintain accurate administrative records and communicate updates to internal teams and vendors.

- 1 to 2 years of administrative, fleet support, DMV, transportation, logistics, or operations support experience preferred.
- Fleet management or DMV-related experience is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities throughout the day.
- Clear communication skills for working with drivers, vendors, repair shops, and internal staff.
- Detail-oriented approach to documentation, scheduling, and follow-up.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Reliable, professional, and able to work the assigned weekday schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience supporting fleet operations, vehicle registration, DMV paperwork, auctions, repair coordination, or transportation administration.
- Familiarity with vehicle service scheduling, upfitting coordination, or construction-related fleet environments.
- Ability to safely and responsibly transport vehicles to local vendors, repair shops, or service providers as needed.
