We’re seeking a detail-driven Fiscal Specialist with hands-on SAP experience to support financial operations, reporting, and compliance. This role partners closely with accounting, procurement, and leadership to ensure accurate financial processing and strong controls.
Key Responsibilities
Process and reconcile financial transactions in SAP (GL, AP/AR, cost centers, budgets)
Monitor budgets, track expenditures, and flag variances
Prepare financial reports, audit support, and month-end close activities
Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements
Support purchasing, invoicing, and vendor management processes
Troubleshoot SAP issues and collaborate on system improvements
Qualifications
3+ years of fiscal, accounting, or financial operations experience
Strong working knowledge of SAP (required)
Experience with budgeting, reconciliations, and financial reporting
Advanced Excel skills; strong attention to detail
Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Public sector or nonprofit fiscal experience
SAP FI/CO module experience
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
