Job Description:
As a Fiscal Assistant/Office Clerk, you will play a key role in managing financial data, assisting with office administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will be vital in maintaining efficient office functions and supporting our finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Support: Assist with processing invoices, preparing reports, and reconciling financial records.

Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and data entry into accounting software or spreadsheets.

Document Management: Organize, file, and retrieve financial documents and records in a timely manner.

Customer Service: Address inquiries and provide support to internal and external stakeholders regarding financial processes.

Office Administration: Handle general office tasks including filing, scheduling, and coordinating office supplies.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards in all financial and administrative processes.

Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in fiscal assistance, office management, or a related administrative role.

Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with financial software is a plus.

Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.

Education: High school diploma required; associate’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).

Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and financial procedures.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial data.
