Job Summary

We are seeking a Fire Sprinkler Designer for a direct hire opportunity in Los Angeles, CA. This role is ideal for an experienced fire protection design professional who enjoys working on a variety of industrial warehouse, commercial, office, and mixed-use residential construction projects.

The Fire Sprinkler Designer will be part of a collaborative design environment where accuracy, coordination, communication, and teamwork are essential. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to contribute to complex construction projects, work closely with other trades, and continue building a career in fire protection systems design.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and lay out fire sprinkler systems for industrial, commercial, office, and mixed-use residential projects.
- Perform hydraulic calculations to support code-compliant fire protection system designs.
- Create fabrication listings and coordinate design details for project execution.
- Conduct field surveys to verify site conditions and support accurate system layouts.
- Coordinate with other trades, project teams, and design professionals to resolve conflicts and support successful installations.
- Assist with BIM modeling and related design coordination as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $70,000 to $100,000 per year.
- Compensation is based on experience and NICET level.
- Direct hire opportunity.
