Immediate need for fire service coordinator seeking full time, great benefits and growing company. Position Overview:
This role extends beyond traditional coordinator, dispatcher, or scheduler duties. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional who will take full ownership of service delivery support, customer program management, and operational coordination for assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end support for Customer Support Programs, including:
Scheduling service work
Tracking job costs
Managing contract renewals and bookings
Preparing and processing invoices
Coordinate and follow up on monthly maintenance schedules for contract customers, ensuring timely communication with clients, key accounts, and subcontractors.
Oversee service delivery for assigned customer accounts, ensuring all commitments are met and issues are resolved promptly.
Preferred Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in dispatch, field operations, administrative support, sales coordination, or a related role.
Minimum of 1 year working in or with the construction industry.
Exposure to or knowledge of fire alarm systems is a plus.
Excellent telephone etiquette and strong interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure while delivering outstanding customer service.
Proactive customer focus—anticipating client needs and taking initiative without being prompted.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Basic understanding of financial processes such as accounts payable/receivable, purchase orders, and work orders.
