Job Summary

We are seeking a Fire Protection Estimator for a direct hire opportunity based at a corporate headquarters in Pewaukee, WI. This full-time, exempt role supports the Fire Protection division and focuses specifically on estimating sprinkler systems, not fire alarm systems.

The Fire Protection Estimator will review blueprints, project documents, vendor pricing, subcontractor bids, and labor requirements to prepare accurate cost estimates for fire sprinkler projects. This is a strong opportunity for an estimator with at least 1 year of experience who wants to grow within a stable, team-oriented environment with supportive leadership and clear exposure to project management, field operations, and customer-facing coordination.

This position offers the chance to work closely with division leadership, sales teams, project managers, vendors, and subcontractors in a collaborative setting. - Prepare turnover documentation, participate in project handoff meetings, and assist with project drawing preparation as needed.
- Maintain estimating systems and procedures by reviewing actual costs versus estimated costs and making adjustments to improve accuracy.
