Well established company seeking Fire alarms with 5 plus years of experience!


We are seeking a skilled and dependable Fire Alarm Service Technician to join our team. This role involves inspecting, testing, servicing, and repairing fire alarm systems in commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fire protection systems, NFPA codes, and local fire regulations. This is a field-based position requiring excellent troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform inspection, testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of commercial fire alarm systems in accordance with NFPA 72, manufacturer specifications, and local fire codes.

Program and reprogram fire alarm control panels and associated devices (e.g., smoke detectors, pull stations, strobes, horn strobes, relays, etc.).

Respond to service calls and emergency repairs in a timely and professional manner.

Accurately document all inspections, services, repairs, and deficiencies using company-provided forms or software.

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, building managers, and AHJs (Authorities Having Jurisdiction).

Work with various manufacturers such as Notifier, Siemens, EST, Potter Global, Honeywell FCI, Simplex, C Edwards and more

Stay current on new products, codes, and industry standards.

Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicle in clean and working order.
