Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Financial Services Coordinator to support our finance team with day-to-day accounting, client account management, and operational financial processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, has strong administrative accuracy, and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. The Financial Services Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring financial records are accurate, client communications are handled professionally, and internal workflows run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
• Process daily financial transactions including invoicing, payment posting, and account reconciliation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client financial records, statements, and internal documentation
• Support client billing cycles, recurring payments, and monthly reporting requirements
• Review financial data for accuracy and work with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
• Prepare spreadsheets, financial summaries, and supporting documentation as needed
• Assist with accounts receivable follow-up and maintain organized collections notes
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments on financial inquiries
• Manage shared inbox communications related to billing, payments, and account updates
• Assist with audits by gathering documentation, validating records, and preparing reports
• Support process improvement efforts, documentation updates, and workflow tracking
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with professionalism

Required Qualifications
• 2 to 4 years of experience in finance support, accounting coordination, billing, or administrative roles with financial responsibility
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (sorting, filtering, formulas)
• High level of accuracy in data entry and financial documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Ability to analyze financial information and identify discrepancies
• Professional customer service skills when interacting with clients and internal teams
• Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with financial or CRM software such as QuickBooks, Salesforce, Bill.com, NetSuite, Sage, or similar platforms
• Background in financial services, consulting, property management, professional services, or other billing-heavy environments
• Experience creating reports, tracking budgets, or supporting month-end processes
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field

Work Environment
