Financial Services Coordinator – Redmond, WA (100% Onsite)

Location: Redmond, WA
Schedule: Full time, onsite

We’re looking for a Financial Services Coordinator to play a key role in supporting a growing financial services team in Redmond. This is a hands-on, 100% onsite role where you’ll help keep operations running smoothly, support clients, and make a real impact on the team’s success.

What You’ll Do:

Assist with client onboarding, documentation, and account maintenance

Process financial transactions, forms, and internal requests accurately

Maintain organized records, files, and compliance documentation

Support advisors with scheduling, meeting prep, and follow-up tasks

Coordinate client communications, respond to inquiries, and provide updates

Assist with reporting, reconciliations, and data entry in internal systems

Help manage office operations to ensure smooth daily workflow

What We’re Looking For:

Current Washington State resident

2+ years of administrative or financial services experience

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort using databases or CRM tools

Excellent communication skills and a client-service mindset

Ability to work 100% onsite in Redmond

Nice to Have:

Experience in banking, wealth management, finance, or related fields

Familiarity with client onboarding or compliance documentation
