Financial Services Coordinator
Location: Redmond WA
Schedule: Full time, 100% onsite

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Financial Services Coordinator to support daily financial operations and client service activities for a growing team in Redmond. This 100% onsite role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple administrative and financial tasks with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with client onboarding, documentation, and account maintenance
• Process financial transactions, forms, and internal requests with accuracy
• Maintain organized records, files, and compliance documentation
• Support advisors with scheduling, meeting preparation, and follow up tasks
• Coordinate client communications, respond to inquiries, and provide timely updates
• Assist with reporting, reconciliations, and data entry in internal systems
• Support office operations to ensure smooth daily workflow
Required Qualifications:
• Current Washington State residency
• 2 or more years of administrative or financial services experience
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working with databases or CRM tools
• Clear communication skills and strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Redmond
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in banking, wealth management, finance, or related fields
• Familiarity with client onboarding or compliance documentation
