Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Financial Services Coordinator to join our team in Redmond, Washington. This is a 100% onsite position, ideal for a Washington-based professional who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced office environment. The Financial Services Coordinator will play a key role in supporting daily financial operations, coordinating billing and reporting, and ensuring accuracy across multiple accounts and transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Process invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements in accordance with company policies
Maintain accurate financial records, reconcile accounts, and assist with month-end close activities
Support internal teams and clients with billing inquiries and payment tracking
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and financial summaries for management review
Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to ensure accurate data entry and compliance
Assist with audits, vendor documentation, and other administrative financial tasks as needed
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative support with a financial focus
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and reconciliations
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, onsite office environment
Must be a current Washington State resident and authorized to work in the U.S.
