Title: Financial Planning Operations Specialist
Location: Bellevue, WA 98004
Pay rate: $21.21/hr
Overview:
We are seeking an Operations Processor to join our Brokerage Channel team at a Fortune 500 banking company. This role supports operational workflows for financial planning and brokerage services, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of client data. Familiarity with eMoney financial planning software is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Validate and process financial plan inputs and account data from eMoney and internal systems.
• Reconcile aggregated account information and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Generate and review reports related to client assets, cash flow projections, and planning scenarios.
• Maintain accurate records for compliance and audit purposes.
• Assist with eMoney portal inquiries, document uploads, and troubleshooting data aggregation issues.
• Coordinate with advisors and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow execution.
• Utilize eMoney tools to track tasks, manage workflows, and support advisor-client interactions.
• Adhere to regulatory and internal quality standards throughout all processes.
Qualifications
• Experience:
• 6+ months of experience in financial services operations, brokerage, or wealth management experience.
• Familiarity with eMoney financial planning software or similar platforms.
• Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
Preferred Knowledge:
• Understanding of financial planning concepts (cash flow, retirement, investments).
• Experience supporting advisors or brokerage operations teams.
