Location: SALT LAKE CITY UT 84119 | Full-Time | Corporate Finance Team
Department: Corporate Finance | Reports To: Director of FP&A
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and strategic FP&A Analyst to join our Corporate Office team. This role is a critical part of our financial planning and decision-making process. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders to provide financial insights, support forecasting, and drive data-backed strategies that shape the future of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage corporate-level financial models, forecasts, and budgets
Analyze monthly performance results and explain variances against plan
Deliver executive-ready reports, dashboards, and presentations
Partner with key departments (Sales, Ops, HR, etc.) to support financial planning
Support strategic initiatives through scenario modeling and business case analysis
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity in all financial reporting
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance
Advanced Excel skills required; familiarity with financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Adaptive Insights) a plus
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels in a corporate environment
