Financial Operations Coordinator

Job ID: 1751461
OA Reference: FinanceOps

  • $70,000 to $85,000
  • Redmond, 98052

We’re hiring an Operations Coordinator to directly support the Director of Servicing at a dynamic and growing financial services firm. This is a highly collaborative role focused on driving accountability, structure, and efficiency across internal support teams. The ideal candidate will be an organized, proactive communicator with a background in finance and a natural ability to lead and support others. This role is hybrid and requires candidates to be local to the Redmond, WA area.

The Operations Coordinator will monitor daily task execution, adherence to time-blocking, and internal workflow processes. This includes ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and that the team is staying on track with established standards and timelines.

You’ll be responsible for tracking and reporting on key performance indicators, identifying trends or compliance gaps, and surfacing operational bottlenecks to leadership. You’ll play a vital role in translating project goals into clear action steps, maintaining accountability across stakeholders, and supporting internal rollouts.

This position includes tactical oversight of the CAS and CIM teams, including conducting 1:1s and offering day-to-day coaching and performance feedback. You'll also support process documentation, onboarding tools, and internal guides to ensure consistency and efficiency across the teams.

To qualify, you must have a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. We’re looking for someone with 2–3 years of experience in operations or project coordination and at least one year in a leadership, coaching, or training role. Experience in financial services or another process-driven environment is strongly preferred. A Series 65 or 66 license is required, or a willingness to obtain it shortly after hire.

This opportunity includes a hybrid schedule, generous PTO and paid holidays, medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and the chance to work with a thoughtful and motivated team in a high-impact role.
