This Financial Coordinator Position Features:
Location: Westford, MA (Hybrid – Onsite Tue–Thu)
Duration: Contract (12 months) – Possibility of extension
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $28.00 – $33.00/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible 8-hour days)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Engineering Support Coordinator to support a global engineering team with day-to-day administrative and financial operations. This role focuses on purchase order tracking, vendor payments, financial coordination, and cross-functional support within a fast-paced environment.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with strong financial operations and administrative experience looking to work closely with engineering, procurement, and accounting teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and track purchase orders (POs) and follow up on approvals
• Coordinate vendor payments, billing, and invoicing processes
• Perform financial reconciliations and maintain accurate records
• Support budget tracking and capitalization processes
• Handle financial documentation and agreement management
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable and Procurement teams
• Provide administrative support including expense tracking and travel coordination
• Assist with cross-functional communication and operational support
• Maintain organized documentation and ensure process compliance

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in financial operations (billing, invoicing, reconciliations, PO management)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience supporting finance workflows or processes
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-team environment
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setting (onsite Tue–Thu)
