Job Summary

A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Financial Analyst - Rebates to join its team in Wilmington, DE. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys working with data, pricing analysis, rebate programs, reporting, and cross-functional business partners.

In this role, you will support rebate and incentive programs, analyze financial and sales data, maintain reporting tools, and partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams to support profitable growth. This is a strong opportunity to join a collaborative, on-site team environment with exposure to pricing, gross-to-net analysis, accruals, and process improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring strong Excel skills, analytical curiosity, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Process customer and contractor rebate programs accurately and within established deadlines.
- Track rebate activity, purchase data, program performance, and related financial metrics.
- Prepare, review, and distribute monthly rebate and incentive reports.
- Investigate rebate discrepancies, resolve issues, and partner with internal stakeholders.
- Support quarterly and annual rebate accrual processes, pricing analysis, and gross-to-net evaluations.
- Maintain rebate, sales, pricing, and financial databases while contributing to process improvement projects.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Contract length: 4 to 5 months with potential for permanent hire.
- Location: Wilmington, DE.
- Work arrangement: 100% on-site.
