Summary:
Seeking an Analyst I to support financial consulting projects for local government agencies. This role focuses on data analysis, financial modeling, and preparing client-ready reports and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
-Support senior consultants on cost allocation plans, user fee studies, and financial analyses.
-Collect, validate, and analyze financial and operational data.
-Build and maintain Excel-based financial models and analytical tools.
-Interpret data and summarize findings in written reports.
-Prepare tables, charts, exhibits, and PowerPoint presentations.
-Manage multiple assignments and meet project deadlines.
-Communicate professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
-Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
-Minimum 2 years of analytical or financial experience (government or consulting experience preferred).
-Strong Excel skills, including complex spreadsheets and financial modeling.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
-Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical-thinking abilities.
-Ability to produce professional reports and business correspondence.
-Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.
