Summary:
Seeking a Financial Analyst Consultant to support clients in implementing enterprise performance management (EPM) systems. This role combines finance, analytics, and technology to optimize business performance through customized financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze business needs and configure financial systems to meet client objectives.
• Support implementation projects from requirements gathering to solution delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide clients through system transitions.
• Assist with configuring system roles, workflows, and user access.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements aligned with business goals.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Understanding of full-cycle accounting and business operations.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and customer service skills.
• Interest in technology and business transformation.
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday
