The Financial Analyst will play a key role supporting asset management, financial reporting, budgeting, and portfolio analysis. This position partners across departments to build financial models, support real estate and lending transactions, analyze property performance, and create meaningful reporting that drives decisions.
What You'll Do:
• Prepare financial models, operating budgets, and forecasts
• Support investor, lender, and management reporting
• Analyze property performance, income, expenses, and trends
• Assist with capital account reviews, refinancing, and equity transactions
• Develop and maintain tracking systems for key deadlines and reporting functions
• Prepare CAM reconciliations and support annual budget processes
What We're Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Real Estate, or related field
• 5+ years of financial analysis experience, ideally in real estate, community development, or nonprofit environments
• Required: Hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience with Smartsheet and database/reporting systems preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
